양형이 범죄억제에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 양형을 통한 수감(imprisonment)은 형사적 제재의 한 형태로서 범죄억제효과 (deterrence effect), 사회로부터의 격리효과(incapacitation effect), 교화를 통한 재활효과(rehabilitation effect), 범죄자에 대한 처벌효과(retribution effect) 등을 실현할 것 으로 기대한다. 제１장 서 론
